Yusef was standing next to me today and we realized that we are the same height. He's growing up! By the end of summer he is sure to be taller than me. It's hard to believe that he's twelve. . . it seems like only yesterday that I was changing his diapers. hmmmm... I don't feel that old!

Dear Khadija
ReplyDeleteThat's the trick of life you'll never feel old, untill it's time to go, what I call a one- way ticket (God forbid after a long time ).Your kids grow as in Yusef's case , I beleive looks like a light moutache.
No thing about the war in Lebanon and Palstine ! or No comment ? Tareq
ReplyDeleteYes Teri, I remember those days too changing diapers, and then all of a sudden they are grown right before our eyes. Yes, I saw that little mustache too!
ReplyDeleteI still don't feel 58, but my body plays tricks on me and reminds me, especially when I'm out playing ball or rolling around on the ground with my grandkids. oooooohhh but it's worth it.
Isn't it funny how just "one day" we look and see the difference in our children, especially when we look at them everyday! God bless our children.......and us! ha Sandi
