The Anniversary Cake

The kids were so excited about the cake. First because it was white - like a wedding cake, and second because there were fresh strawberries on the top. The inside was chocolate, caramel, cream and nuts. It was sinfully delicious!

Hubby and I cut the cake together... of course we had a small argument about just how it should be cut first... lolol!

A good time was had by all!

    Infection

    Injection

    Direction

    Mention

    Section

    Selection

    action

    exception

  5. 27, congratulations. Three times longer than mine lasted. Cake does look yummy though, maybe I should have waited.

  8. The shop that we got the cake from is called Sahel. It's on the Ainzarah road, on the right side if you are coming from Fornaj. Past the turn off to Alnaser University.

As for Usban... you'll have to ask someone else. I don't eat it. I think they put everything from the sheep in there that normal people would throw away. Plus spices and parsley and other green stuff... sorry, not my thing...

  9. Happy aniversary sis. Khadija
this is a quick attempt to translate the anonymous's poem
O’ heart don’t be sad, that’s love is infection,
Drugs want cure it and want be useful the Injection
how many wise mature went because of love in a direction
you will deny it and forget it and of it there will be no mention
Don’t write a poem for it nor a section
Don’t feel sad because someone trade you off , or it was wrong selection
Don’t express any regretion to him nor action
For some people being in love is an exception
For some people if they left there should be no sorrow nor tension
Some people when they leave there will still be a connection
Soul contact is a meeting and is the best reaction

  10. Thank Dr. Imbarak for the translation. I'm not sure if anonymous wrote the poem or cut and paste it from someplace else but Wow! How nice that my post has been an inspiration for two poets.

    :)
