ReplyDeleteGoodness Teri, hope you aren't getting sick again...... What about allergies there in Libya? Let us know how the nasty tea worked!
ReplyDeleteDo not warry Khadija, you will be fine inshallah, I had this flu early on last month and this tea in particular has helped me alot...I didn't find it that bad taste though!!!!
ReplyDeleteanonymous.... hmmmm.... maybe you need to see a specialist... or something
ReplyDeleteSandi... before I moved to Libya I underwent allergy shots because I suffered so bad in Florida. The Dr. there said she wasn't sure if they would be effective for the kinds of allergens we have in Libya, but thank God I have been OK here. :)
Good Girl... it seems everyone has the flu these days.. God help us all!
:)
you know what also works for chest congestions? flax seed (in Arabic its 7ab kettan I think) you buy it, roast it, grind it, mix it with honey and take it. And if it doesnt cure your cough, it has Omega 3 fatty acids which are good for you anyways :)p.s. only roast and grind small quantities at a time, because apparently it loses effectiveness if it stays ground for a while.
