Your own personal tour-guide!
Wow! I thought, wouldn't that be perfect for taking tours around the old city, museum and places like Sabratha and Leptis? It could certainly be an improvement of the kind of tours that Jax and Scoutie took while visiting Libya recently: Santa doesn't go to Libya. Does anyone want to try their hand at creating a tour of the interesting places around Libya?

KhadijaTeri you are the ideal one to do that... I hope you do a video because I know you can teach me a lot!
ReplyDelete4 days was all we had, and it was actually a pretty good tour, called the Leptis Magna weekend, see explore website. We would be very keen to see a bit more of the country, but didn't have the time.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I'm the ideal one for the job - but I really think it would be a fantastic way to get around and look at things yourself.Something the tour agencies might consider. One disadvantage would be that you would have no one to ask for further information.
ReplyDeleteImagine only 4 days!... much too short a visit.
4 days???? Impossible to drink in all that Tripoli has in 4 days.
ReplyDeleteYou can do it KhadijaTeri. It would be like a blog a little today a little tomorrow etc..
Happy New Year to you and the family.
Oh - it would be a difficult job for me - I've not got enough information - or enough time to take on such a task either....sigh... wish I could
