Well, here I go again....
My students have been set the task of writing a childhood memory. I wrote one last year and posted it on our school's blog as an example. I've dug it out once again for my students.

Nice story, KT. I guess Punxsutawney has Phil, we got Buckeye Chuck, and seal day is a better choice for Florida than, say gator day? That good ole boy was probably just looking for some good shine-spiked nog! lol lol Did it rain for six weeks straight after that or what? Happy Christmas, Eid, New Year, and of course, Groundhog Day.
