an observation

Why must Brits insist on using the word 'whilst'?

It sounds so affected......... lol

  1. God I hate that too !And what is up with the "our" at the end of a word instead of just a plain ole "or" , like the word color ? They must think they are still speaking French or something.

  3. Our neighbor’s wife came to see me
She said her son would like to marry me

It doesn’t matter if she’s Muslim or Jew
As long as her mother’s eyes are blue
She said this is between me and you
Daughters must line up before he says I do
She wouldn’t leave and stuck like glue

She said “every Friday my son washes his feet”
“And every Thursday he brushes his teeth”
Wants a wife on her bones enough meat

She asked mother if she sells me by the pound
A blue eyed girl makes son drools like a hound
I told her to stand up and turn around
Take your son & his toys to a playground

  4. Khadeja,
Hey, I want to ask a request: Could you post a link to one of my posts on your blog, just for a couple of days? I'm trying to raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and I can use all the help I can get. I have about 13 days left to get all the promotion I can.
    The link is:
