    In the middle east, the hospitals function late into the nite to account for the high incidence of accidents during ramadan,in Tripoli the public health enterprises stop functioning by afternoon,resulting in a windfall for the private enterprises and difficult access to quality health care for the underprivileged.The whole cause of socialism is being defeated in the GSPLAJ,unfortunately during ramadan.A penny for ur thought...!
