ReplyDeleteThe flower in your garden that you brought from you Mom's, is it going to bloom again this year?
Libya Gharian - you've been added - thanks for the lovely calligraphy. What a wonderful surprise and beautiful gift!
ReplyDeleteChatalaine - the flowers are Poppies that grow wild in the fields in Libya - none unfortunately in my mom's garden. They make me think of the veterans who hand out buddy poppies for donations every year in the US. So I imagine there must be poppies in America too.
No... not the poppies, I was taking about the flower that you told us about in your blog a long time ago. The one that has only one bloom and it lasts for one day as I recall.
ReplyDeleteWith spring here and everything in bloom including those beautiful poppies I remembered the flower you brought from your mothers garden. Am I not remembering correctly?
Chatalaine - oh... the cactus flower. That blooms in June so we have a few more month left for that.
ReplyDeleteCiao Khadija
