Ramadan is great at home, here the azan is around 7:02, my wife still at work or in her way home my oldest child in collage 4 hours away so it is only my youngest one and I around the Ramadan dinner table, frankly it is very unexciting, and boring we do however go to the Masjed at less once a week, we would love to go every day but the Masjed is almost 40 miles away, with gas prize is way over $3.00 per gallons it is a bit expansive to go every night.
After eating we also watch television. We normally stay away from so called prim time shows which often interrupted by some kind of speech from Washington, we almost always watch the NGC or TLC and when available the Libyan channel over the internet or some of the show on You tube like this one from “the al-lebeya” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sh5akXS_EzE

Ramadan Mubarak everyoneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8439435.post-10049564083317819672007-09-18T07:35:00.000-04:002007-09-18T07:35:00.000-04:00God I missed what you called "Libyans’ rule eating...God I missed what you called "Libyans’ rule eating sitting on the floor in the sitting room", that is a part of our deep and rich culture, without it we are not Libyans, I wish I can do that for a day or two.
